For 20 years Oskadusa has been offering our beading friends the most unusual and gorgeous beads from all over. We specialize in fabulous semi-precious stones, sumptuous pearls, Vintage and new glass and Swarovski crystals, sparkling Japanese seed beads, unique clasps, findings, and much more. All the tools, stringing materials and supplies you need are also available to bring your creative ideas to life.

We're also known for our quality repair and design services; your broken and outdated jewelry can be restored and revitalized, or our staff will be happy to assist you in designing spectacular one-of-a-kind pieces.

If you would like to learn how to create your own jewelry, we offer over thirty fun and inspiring classes for both beginners and experienced beaders.

We are located at 243 N. Hwy 101 #6, Solana Beach, CA 92075.

From I-5, exit Lomas Santa Fe Dr. and head West. Turn right at N. Hwy 101 and go one long block to Estrella. Turn left on Estrella, then left on Acacia to find parking in back. We are at the front of the Boardwalk.

Thank you so much for coming to our Holiday Trunk Show! We had a great time with everyone, the Malibu Bay Breezes flowed, and we all got our happy on. Special thanks to our talented vendors, who showed off the most gorgeous handmade jewelry around. We laughed a lot, and made merry. Thank you all! xoFor those of you who wanted the recipe for Sarah's Gluten-free Oatmeal Cookies, here it is:Cream together:1/2 c. coconut oil, softened1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. white sugarAdd and mix until fluffly:1 egg1 egg yolk1 tsp. vanillaSift over top of wet ingredients, then mix well:1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. saltStir in:1 1/2 c. almond meal2 c. rolled oats1/4 c. coconut flour OR oat bran OR ground oatsAdd the extras:1/2 c. (or more) each of any or all of the following- dried cranberries, chopped pecans, sliced almonds, chocolate chips, coconut, walnuts, raisins, dried cherries, cocoa nibs... (Use whatever you like! The cookies at the trunk show had the first four options.) I usually end up with about 1 cup total of extras.For best results, chill in the fridge for about an hour. Sometimes they get a little flat if the dough is too warm, but they're still chewy and good.Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat, and drop the cookies by rounded tablespoons about two inches apart. I like to use a small cookie scoop, like a mini ice cream scoop, so they are a uniform size.Bake for 13 minutes, turning once halfway through the baking time. Cool on cookie sheet for two minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely. Or eat them warm. Enjoy!
